On Wednesday I was thrilled to have been asked to speak on behalf of Din Tai Fung at 2022 Taste of Asia – North American Asian Food Industry Conference. During our panel, “Formula for Success: Din Tai Fung’s Strategies for Taking Asian Culture to the Mainstream Market” I discussed how we approach all of our marketing initiatives through the lens of “authenticity, consistency, and craftsmanship.”
I touched on how Din Tai Fung has been able to take those seemingly simple three ideas and use them as a directive for all of our branding efforts. I discussed how this applies to our social media strategy, how it affects our supply chain approach, and how it dictates which partnerships we choose to pursue, all of it leading to effective – and authentic – brand awareness among our target audiences.
